Cooler pattern

No big changes to the Bay Area forecast.  Low clouds will blanket a good portion of the Bay Area Friday morning.  The drizzle could return too. The afternoon forecast features a mixture of sun and clouds.  The cool to mild pattern remains in place.  Highs should range from the low 60s to the upper 70s.
