SF activists make intersection changes where 2-year-old was killed

A group of San Francisco traffic-safety activists have modified an intersection that was recently the site of a tragedy. The Mission Rock neighborhood is where a 2-year-old pedestrian was killed. The curb extenders by the activists are supposed to make the street safer, but their actions are also illegal.
