Father of boy saved by Santa Cruz lifeguard is grateful

Sumit Rai, the father of the boy who was rescued by a Santa Cruz lifeguard over the weekend, says he is grateful his son is alive. He thanked the lifeguards and good Samaritans for coming to his son's aid.
