San Francisco teen to earn Billie Jean King Youth Leadership Award

Julia Howe, a 17-year-old from San Francisco, is set to be honored with a Billie Jean King Youth Leadership Award for her work with "Hitting the Wall", a non-profit organization she started to help uplift young female athletes. Julia joined KTVU to talk about her work and the exciting recognition behind it.
