Bay Area Black Comedy Competition returns to Oakland, spotlighting rising talent

The Bay Area Black Comedy Competition and Festival returned to Oakland for the first time since 2020, bringing semifinalists to the stage Friday, and continuing a legacy of launching major comedy careers.
