Taste of the Himalayas is sharing the flavors and culture of Nepal during AAPI Heritage Month. Restaurant manager Ram Paudel joined  us on 'The Nine' to showcase some of the restaurant’s most popular traditional Himalayan dishes and discuss the importance of sharing Nepali culture through food.
