Damaged big rig full of scrap metal triggers San Jose power outage

A damaged semi-truck full of scrap metall triggered a power outage for thousands of people in San Jose Thursday. The truck, carrying about 78,000 pounds of scrap metal was at risk of rolling onto a power pole. PG&E proactively shut off power in the area.
