Marin County discusses potential winter flooding preparations

County officials in Marin are anticipating potential flooding this winter due to a greater than 90% chance of an El Niño weather event. The county office of emergency management briefed supervisors on their actions being taken to prepare, and Laine Hendricks, Marin County’s communications director joined KTVU to talk about what was discussed.
