San Jose preps for Cinco de Mayo festival

Festival organizers say 40 vendors and nearly a dozen artists will be on-site for the event, which begin at 11 a.m. on Sunday morning. The downtown festival will be preceded by the annual low riders parade, which lasts from 10 a.m. to noon. Previous concerns about federal agents targeting attendees have abated, and residents say they look forward to the celebration.
