3 men sentenced in killing of Kevin Nishita

The three men found guilty of murdering retired police officer and security guard Kevin Nishita during a 2021 robbery of a TV crew learned their fates on Tuesday. In court, Nishita's wife was one of several people who read victim's impact statements before the judge handed down the sentence.
