Grand jury: "Officials Knew, None Acted" on illegal fireworks warehouse

A Yolo County civil grand jury released a report Thursday with a scathing  title "Officials Knew, None Acted," saying county officials knew years before the deadly July 2025 fireworks warehouse explosion that illegal fireworks were being stored in an Esparto agricultural building.
