Alameda is preparing for one of its biggest Independence Day celebrations yet. The nation's longest Fourth of July parade will honor America's 250th birthday while celebrating the Alameda Fire Department's 150 years of service. Parade Grand Marshal Fire Chief Nick Luby joined us on 'The Nine' for a preview of this year's historic event.
