Pelosi endorses Connie Chan for congress

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi endorsed Connie Chan to replace her as she steps down from congress. Our analyst says most people haven't sent out their mail-in ballots yet and this could sway the race as polls show Chan and Saikat Chakrabarti are vying for second place. State Sen. Scott Wiener holds the lead in the race.
