Tropical Cyclone One-C heads towards Hawaii

A tropical cyclone is heading toward Hawaii, and experts say that it's expected to develop into a tropical storm. Even if the weather skirts the islands, residents could expect damage from winds, landslides, and up to 10 inches of rain, though one model predicts there could be as much as 20 inches.
