Celebrating National Dog Day with the East Bay SPCA

Wednesday marks National Dog Day, and while it's a time to celebrate our four-legged best friends, it's also a critical reminder of the overcrowding at our local animal shelters. East Bay SPCA joined us on "The Nine" with an adorable adoptable pup named "Raine," who is looking for her forever home.
