Dems file articles of impeachment against Kristi Noem

Rep. Robin Kelly, D-Ill., and over 70 other Democratic lawmakers in the House of Representatives signed three articles of impeachment against Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem in the wake of the deadly shooting of Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis last week.
