Heat wave strikes the East Bay

High humidity has rolled through the Bay Area thanks to monsoonal moisture blowing up the state from Southern California. In addition to the clouds and higher heat, there's a chance of dry lightning, which could spark a wildfire, which has CAL FIRE crews on alert.
