San Francisco officials tout progress in Mission BART plaza cleanup effort

San Francisco leaders say a 90-day effort targeting illegal vending and drug activity at two Mission District BART plazas is showing early results. While some credit Mayor Daniel Lurie for making good progress, other residents say the problems are simply moving elsewhere.
