Abdul El-Sayed defeats Stevens in Sentate primary, a big progressive win

Abdul El-Sayed's win in the Michigan Senate primary over Rep. Haley Stevens is a big win for the progressive movement. Political analyst Brian Sobel says parts of the Great Lake State, although a swing state, is rooted in progressive politics, but it remains to be seen if this is a full fledged movement. El-Sayed will now go head to head with a mainstream GOP politician in November's election.
