Community Center receives federal funding for upgrades

Sunnyvale Community Services in 2022 was awarded a $750,000 grant through Congressional funding to replace the roof of the organization's headquarters, and install a solar energy system. That was only the first phase of the project. The Trump Administration has been slow to distribute an additional $1 million awarded in 2024.
