DNA experts identify Sonoma Co. John Doe

Human remains found washed up on a Sonoma County Beach have been identified as Santa Rosa resident Walter Karl Kinney, who vanished in 1999. The case went cold, but the non-profit organization DNA Doe Project was able to identify the remains through investigative genetic genealogy.
