FULL PRESSER: 3 missing from capsized boat in SF Bay

Officials with the San Francisco Fire Department and the U.S. Coast Guard give an update on the capsized boat that sank near Alcatraz on Tuesday. After talking to witnesses, officials updated the number of missing people to three and the total number of people on the boat was 20, not 19, as they first indicated. The people aboard the boat, most of which were family members, were holding a memorial service.
