Youth concert carrying on legacy of Jenny Lin

14-year-old Jenny Lin was a talented musician, killed in her Castro Valley home in 1994. Her parents, John and Mei-Lian Lin are carrying on her legacy, with a youth music program, leading to a free concert at Hayward's Chabot College.
