Lakeville Highway reopens after truck spills pears on road
SONOMA COUNTY, Calif. - Lakeville Highway at state Highway 37 in Sonoma County has reopened after a truck carrying crates of pears overturned late this morning.
The California Highway Patrol said the truck rear-ended a small gray SUV causing the first half of the truck to overturn around 11:55 a.m.
Crates of the pears spilled on the roadway in the collision, the CHP said.
Lakeville Highway reopened in both directions around 3:45 p.m., CHP officials said.
