Leigh Martinez and Ted Rowlands put together news report for young boy

OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - When KTVU reporter Leigh Martinez heard that her friend's 4-year-old son, Matty,  was upset when their pumpkin was stolen, she wanted to help him feel better.

Sarah Jones, posted on her Facebook, "Matty is distraught. Our orange plastic pumpkin outside blew in the street, someone drove up, grabbed it, and took off. While consoling him, he asked me, 'mommy, will this be on the news?"

So Leigh asked Ted Rowlands to help make the boy's day by doing a "news report" on the pumpkin.
