New product helps women track fertility
SAN FRANCISCO (KTVU) - A San Francisco company is introducing new technology, to help women track their fertility.
It’s called the "Ava" bracelet, and it uses 9 physiological parameters to detect the beginning of a woman's fertile window.
In addition to measuring temperature, Ava tracks your breathing, heart rate and blood flow.
=You wear the bracelet while you sleep and as it gathers information, it gives you the 5 days in your cycle, when you are most likely to conceive.
Ava is FDA approved as a Class One medical device, syncs with your smart phone, and costs 200 dollars.
