Santa Cruz police search for missing 'at risk' toddler
SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KTVU) - Santa Cruz police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 2-year-old girl.
According to police Ember Perryman was last seen with her mother Heather Lara on Friday at Friendship Garden in Santa Cruz.
Ember's father has full custody. She is considered a "missing person at risk" due to her age.
Ember is described as 2.5 years old with curly, sandy brown hair and brown eyes. She is 2'5" tall and 30 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white colored pajama top and bottoms with hearts.
Lara is described as a 37-year-old white woman. She is 5'5" tall and 160 pounds. She has blond hair and blue eyes. She does not have a car or cell phone.
Investigators believe she could be headed to Los Angeles, Mexico or Idaho.
Police are asking with any information on this case to call 911.
