Bull escapes cattle trailer near Stockton, leads CHP on highway chase

STOCKTON, Calif. (KTVU) - A bull led California Highway Patrol officers on a highway chase Friday after escaping from a cattle trailer near Stockton.
The CHP says it was one of two dozen cows and bulls that escaped after a crash on Highway 99.
Officers quickly rounded up all the cattle except one. Officers pursued this bull along the shoulder of the freeway and then onto side streets and through a vineyard before finally being captured.
