Firefighters control blaze at home near El Sobrante
EL SOBRANTE, Calif. (KTVU and wires) -- Firefighters have knocked down a fire at a home near El Sobrante Thursday afternoon, a Contra Costa County Fire Protection District inspector said.
Fire crews responded shortly before 4:30 p.m. to a report of a structure fire in the 5700 block of Robinhood Drive, Fire Inspector Lisa Martinez said.
Video shot by Skyfox showed that the fire quickly did considerable damage to the home, but firefighters were able to keep the fire from spreading.
So far there is no word on injuries or a possible cause of the fire.
