Henry Lee's Rap Sheet for Dec. 1, 2015

San Jose police need the public's help in identifying this burglary suspect.

Here's the Rap Sheet for Dec. 1, 2015:

KNOW THIS GUY?: San Jose police are hoping that someone recognizes a man caught on surveillance video burglarizing a home while wearing a distinctive soccer jersey.

The man rang the doorbell of a home on the 6000 block of Buffett Place about noon Sept. 14, activating a security camera affixed to the door in the process.

After waiting on the porch for a minute and not getting an answer, the man then forced his way inside through a rear sliding glass door and stole unspecified items, police said.

The man is described as Latino, in his 30s, with black hair. He was wearing a Real Madrid soccer jersey with "Fly Emirates" on the front, a reference to Emirates Airlines, a sponsor for the Spanish team.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Sergeant Mike Montonye at (408) 277-4401.

WARNING SIGNS IGNORED? Seems like a man didn't quite realize that he was being burglarized until way later.

About 5:30 a.m. Monday, a 27-year-old man was asleep at home on the unit block of Dolores Street in the Mission when he was awakened by his barking dog.

The man got up, walked toward his living room and "saw his front door slowly closing shut," police said.

"Victim thought it was the wind," SFPD reported. "Victim went back to sleep. The next day, victim received a message from SFPD that his tablet had been recovered."

Surprise, surprise.

NOT HAPPY TO SEE YOU: Then there's the case of the two Oakland men caught stealing sausages from the Lucky's store in El Cerrito Plaza in El Cerrito.

Shortly after 10 p.m. Nov. 24, store employees called police after catching the men, ages 25 and 35, stealing items.

Officers arrived and discovered that both "had sausages and malted beverages concealed on their persons." There was no word where exactly the meat had been hidden.

One of the men also had a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest.
