Oakland police say there’s a rise in ghost guns

Oakland police say there's a rise in ghost guns.

Oakland police are reporting a recent spike in the use of so-called ghost guns.

Oakland police say they now account for nearly one-quarter of the guns seized in the city.

And police say these guns are playing a major role in the rise in deadly violence in Oakland during the past year.
