17-year-old dead in Richmond shooting

RICHMOND, Calif. (KTVU) - Richmond Police are investigating a shooting that left a 17-year-old dead Friday night.

Police found Richmond resident Chrisean Nealy with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of Bella Vista Apartment Complex.

He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Residents called police with reports of shots fired at 10:33 p.m. 

Police say the motive is unknown but it appears to be a targeted incident.
