Contractor hits gas line, prompting evacuations in Vallejo
VALLEJO, Calif. (KTVU) - There was a gas leak Thursday morning in Vallejo.
The gas leak was in the area of the 100 block of Rincon Drive.
Evacuations were underway in the area, but have since been lifted since the flow of gas was stopped at 9:20 a.m.
The gas leak was caused by a contractor hitting a gas line.
