Firefighters were battling a wildfire in dry brush in Fairfield on Thursday. SkyFOX flew above the fire.
Firefighters were responding to a wildfire burning brush in Fairfield on Thursday as rising temperatures began gripping inland parts of the Bay Area.
The fire was burning along a dry, barren hillside near Discovery Way and Hancock Drive.
Fairfield firefighters asked people to avoid that area.
There was no apparent sign of damaged buildings when SkyFOX flew over the open area.
