Gymnast Aly Raisman accepts date from 'very cute' Raiders player Colton Underwood

OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - A Bay Area athlete is hoping a U.S. gymnast will take him up on his offer for a double date. 

In an adorable Yahoo Sports Video, Oakland Raiders tight end Colton Underwood asked U.S. gymnast Aly Raisman on a double date. The date would be with fellow Raider Andrew East and his wife.

East is married to former Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson. 

“Just want to congratulate you on all your success in the competitions and representing the U.S.A. over there. I know I’ve been following along. My roommates, my teammates, everybody here is super proud of you... You know, if you’re ever in San Jose and want to go on a double date with me and Andrew and Shawn, let me know."

It appears the attraction is mutual. Raisman responded that she would go on a date with him saying he was "very cute."
