"Great news about San Francisco Police Officer Kevin Downs.
He's the officer who was shot in the head last month while trying to catch a suspect.
Tonight San Jose Police Chief Eddie Garcia (on the left) tweeted this picture of Officer Downs.
Chief Garcia said:
'W/ SFPD Officer Kevin Downs. Doing great, fantastic recovery. God wasn't ready for this Guardian yet, he still has work to do down here!'
I love seeing Officer Downs smile.
And I wish him all the best as he continues to recover.
