Reports of smoke, burnt rubber at Kaiser Mission Bay

SAN FRANCISCO - San Francisco firefighters race to Kaiser Mission Bay on Friday morning to investigate reports of smoke.
The fire department said there was a power outage reported after 8 a.m. and the smell of burnt rubber.
A portion of the building at 1600 Owens Street was evacuated, and crowds were seen outside the medical center.
