Over 40 young professionals spent "One Cold Night" outside in support of homeless youth.

The Social Advocates for Youth held the event in Santa Rosa Friday night, raising money and supplies to support young people living on the streets.

Over 150 people joined the group for a candle light vigil and fundraiser to buy supplies for homeless youth.

The Soroptimist International Santa Rosa Club brough 7,800 donated socks that SAY will use to give to those living on the streets.

47 people slept outside for the night, and set up cardboard boxes and tarps to protect themselves from the rain.

The group surpasses their fundraising goal of $100,000 by $75,000. The funds will be used to support their emergency shelter, long-term housing, counseling, and career programs.
