SF apartment of embattled Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes now up for rent

The luxury San Francisco apartment once occupied by Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes is now available -- at a cost of $5,395 a month.

The former CEO has moved out of the two bedroom, two bath Russian Hill apartment on Lombard St.

It's currently listed on the website Rent SF Now, which promises a unit that offers "Beauty, Grace, and Views That Kill!"

Holmes is still awaiting her criminal trial after being charged with wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

In 2003, after dropping out of Stanford, she founded Theranos, a blood testing company which claimed it could run a wide breadth of medical tests off a single drop of blood.

The company grew a value of $9 billion, but it came crashing down last year amid reports its claims were false.
