SFPD looking for blanket and sock donations
SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) - The San Francisco Police Department is looking for donations of clean and dry socks and blankets to give people without homes during the winter months.
The items will be accepted 24 hours a day until Nov. 30 at the Park Station at 1899 Waller St.
The police department is asking that donations be marked "Park Crockett Drive."
The department's Central Station is also collecting socks through Dec. 31.
The donations can be brought directly to the station at 766 Vallejo St.
