Thirty-five arrests at Donald Trump campaign event in San Diego's convention center

A campaign stop for presumptive Republican Presidential nominee, Donald Trump, erupted into violence Friday evening in San Diego.

Police arrested 35-people before his speech at the downtown convention center.

Fights broke out between Trump supporters and protesters.

Many of the demonstrators were angry at Trump's proposal to build a wall along the Mexican border.

One protester grabbed a Trump campaign hat and burned it.

When police declared the demonstration, an unlawful assembly, some in the crowd threw plastic bottles at officers.
