An Oregon teenager's emotional plea for help is getting a lot of attention online. After crying in front of city leaders about immigration raids that have him living in fear, he's finding new purpose. Tonight on West Coast Wrap, he shares how he's determined to help his community.

Wind gusts up to 55 mph are expected along the coast and in the higher elevations. Gusts have the potential to exceed 60 mph in the region`s peaks, favored gaps, and passes. Please plan accordingly!

SJ apt residents see their cars windows broken in apparent crime spree

Residents of a North San Jose apartment complex said at least 40 vehicles parked in a secure underground garage had windows broken over the weekend. A glass repair company was on site Tuesday replacing windows for several vehicles. San Jose police said they're investigating and will have more information about the cases Wednesday.
