Wildlife experts are offering more insight into the unusual behavior by a sea otter caught on video trying to steal boards from surfers off of the Santa Cruz coast. As officials search for the 5-year-old otter, experts are concerned these interactions could endanger both humans and the animal. As the federal government shutdown continues, DoorDash is stepping in to help SNAP recipients through an emergency food response program. The company will deliver one million free meals through more than 300 Project DASH food bank partners. DoorDash will also waive delivery and service fees for about 30,000 grocery orders and donate food from its DashMart stores to local food banks.
