Shooting near Fox Theater in Oakland wounds 1

A woman was struck by gunfire on Wednesday afternoon near the Fox Theater in the Uptown neighborhood of Oakland. The All Time Low wasscheduled to perform at the Fox later that evening. SkyFOX recorded this footage flying near intersection of 19th Street and Telegraph Avenue
