'It's not safe anymore, you can barely go outside': Oakland's latest homicide victim mourned

Oakland police say the 128th homicide of 2021, where a transgender woman was shot and killed, does not appear to be a hate crime. Advocates say discrimination against transgender people often puts their lives at risk. KTVU's Amber Lee spoke with friends of the victim, who are devastated by the loss.
