Public debates pros and cons of more Oakland police officers

Activist Cat Brooks questioned why you need an officer with a badge and a gun to tow cars while an elderly woman said it's her human right to be able to drive down the street in safety. The public weighed in at a city council meeting ahead of a vote on whether to hire 60 more police officers. Allie Rasmus reports
