Shooting in Oakland spa kills 1, wounds another
Oakland police are investigating a shooting inside a spa on a busy stretch of Grand Avenue across the street from Lake Merritt. Witnesses tell KTVU that a woman shot a man employed at the spa before turning the gun on herself.
