Man killed by homemade bomb was previously burned by pipe bomb

A man who apparently killed himself with a homemade explosive near an Antioch high school had previously suffered burns while handling a pipe bomb. Frank Trout had a conviction stemming from a 2012 explosion inside his Antioch home.
