Brentwood police dog bites woman's head, prompting lawsuit

Talmika Bates has filed a lawsuit against the Brentwood police department for allowing one of its dogs to inflict major bodily harm when it bit and tore her scalp two years ago. The woman was a shoplifting suspect who hiding in bushes when the canine bit her several times.
