Ketanji Brown Jackson to be nominated to Supreme Court

Ketanji Brown Jackson, a federal appeals court judge, will be nominated to the Supreme Court by President Biden. She will be the first Black woman selected as a Supreme Court justice and would fill an opening created by Justice Stephen Breyer who has announced his retirement. Biden had promised while campaigning for president that he would choose a Black woman for the highest court.
